Temptation
can be countered and denied
And
passions can be bridled and controlled
But
sometimes you must run from troubles side
In
haste, in strength, to break the tempters hold.
And
in the grasp is not the moment to
Consider
all the wrongness of that course
As
best we can we ought to work it through
Before
the hand of evil grabs full force.
Decide
today your avenues of flight
And
better still determine to avoid
The
places where enticements likely might
Be
cultivated, sanctioned and enjoyed.
Temptation
can be properly withstood
When
we plan out the how of being good.
